This Saturday, October 31st, some pretty phenomenal things are happening in the solar system, so I thought I’d share some of the coolness!
The Full Moon is in Taurus on Saturday. It not only falls on Halloween, but it is also a Blue Moon, which means it’s the second Full Moon in a month. This event is extremely rare! The last time we had a Full Moon on Halloween was in 2001, and the last time a Blue Moon occurred on Halloween was in 1944.
This might possibly be the last Halloween Full Blue Moon we see in our lifetimes.
It seems like a great opportunity to understand how we can harness and use this very special energy coming our way this week.
Having a Full Moon on Halloween could not be more perfect nor more powerful! In particular, this placement and Full Moon makes money manifestation and rituals all the more potent. However, as with most Full Moons, the energy is yours to harness as it may sit differently with everyone.
The Halloween Full Blue Moon is full of magic!
You can expect opportunities to present themselves anytime from Thursday through Monday. Next, the earthy Taurus energy can bring some extra romance, allowing us to indulge in fun to relieve stress. For us single folks, it might be a great time to indulge in a romance movie or book. 🙂
This event also marks a turning point for the 2020 forecast. As we wrap up the month celebrating, we are turning a corner towards what astrologers predict to be the best part of the year. (Oh my, we certainly hope so!)
Taurus takes us out of our minds and brings us back to our body, in the here and now. Let Saturday’s Full Moon help you find all the things we share in common to give the divisiveness a break.
We all like to laugh, spend time with friends, and eat our favorite candy!
This week’s astrology forecast outlook is positive because we are turning away from negativity and towards a time of celebration that will carry through the end of the year. Make time to have some fun and let your inner-child play this week.
You’ll find that there’s still much to be grateful for even in these challenging times.
Also, if you work with Crystals, or just have them in your home, put them outside so they can bathe in the intense energy of this moon. I’ve already set mine out in preparation.
Most of all, just have fun with this unique energy! I am looking forward to trick-or-treating with the grandkids!
I can almost feel the electricity in the air. <3
Yep, it’s there, Debby! Thanks for stopping by!
🙂
An interesting post, Jan. I’d never heard of a blue moon before this year. We hardly ever get rain but it has poured the past few days and the moon was hidden by clouds so we never saw it.
That’s okay, Robbie. The energy is the same whether you see it or not. Enjoy!
We had a lovely, torrential storm come through my neck of the woods tonight, so no trick-or-treaters and no view of the full blue moon, but I know she’s there, and I feel her energy. I’m looking forward to basking in the celebrations coming our way. Great post, Jan! 🙂
We were SO fortunate here to have a beautiful day and clear skies for Halloween. It was one for the books! Thanks for stopping by and YES, we will back in every celebration that comes our way.
Cool post, Jan! Happy Halloween!
I hope you had a great Halloween, Teagan!
I heard this on the radio yesterday, it should be quite a sight. We’ll be out with our kids doing a scavenger hunt on our yard and it’s suppoed to be a clear night.
Sounds like fun, Mark! Happy Halloween and here’s to dancing under the Moon!
I am fully into and engaged in magic, supernatural and paranormal in the movies, TV shows and books I read. Not so much in my personal life LOL. But I love some of those images that Pixabay members put up on the site. The ones you chose for this post are very apropos and beautiful as well.
Magic is all around us, John! 🙂 Happy Halloween!
Happy Hallowe’en!
Happy Halloween, Jan, here’s to a surge in positive vibes!!!
Thank you, Wendy! Happy Halloween to you too, and YES to positive vibes!
I’m hoping the young people remember Covid protocols if they go out partying this weekend!
Most definitely, Jacquie!
I’m always interested in the moon cycles ever since I taught about that at school. Later on I tried for many years to take photos of the full moon, tracking the best spots to see the red blood moon. The legend of the full moon is very interesting. Thank you for your message. I’ll check the time and location for good visual.
Wonderful, Miriam! Maybe you’ll get that elusive shot at this historical full blue moon! Thanks for stopping by!
I want to capture the historical full moon for sure. I’ll set the alarm clock so it’ll remind me. Hope the sky is clear. Thanks, Jan!
I love the postive message for the end of the year, Jan:) Good reminder to set our our crystals. One of my daughters always puts her in dirt outside, but that’s too messy for me. How wonderful you get to trick or treat with the grandkids, yay! We do have more in common than we don’t and starting with that inner child will bring it out. No trick or treating here but we will go out and take in the decorations. Happy Halloween and full moon! Xo
I have heard of putting the Crystals in the dirt, but since I live in an apartment in a huge city, that isn’t an option for me. but, the moon hangs right there in the sky to give them a good bath. 🙂 Yes, we do have lots in common. 🙂 Thank you for stopping by and Happy Full Moon Halloween to you too!
Super post, Jan. I’m hoping the astrology charts are correct. Hard to think of a year that needs some uplifting news more. I hope you enjoy your grandkids and the Trick or Treating.
I’m right there with you, John! I hope the rest of this year lightens up a little! Thanks for stopping by!
Reblogged this on GrannyMoon's Morning Feast.
Thank you for the reblog, Granny Moon!
I’m worried we may have rain and clouds and I won’t get to see that beautiful moon. Fingers crossed.
Happy Halloween, Jan!
I think we’re all in that same weather boat, Mae. They are predicting it to be clear and cold here, Saturday, so my fingers are crossed for that. One thing I know – even though we may not be able to see the moon, the intense energy is the same whether clear or cloudy! Happy Halloween to you too!
Wow what an inspiring blog. Just to know the full blue moon hasn’t happened since 1944 brings to perspective just how long ago that was. My dad was born in 1945, so that was a day or 2 ago. Thanks for sharing, we certainly need something good in 2020.
Love you. My heart fell this morning when I heard Billy Joe had passed.
I know, Tonya. The Texas music world has been hit hard. I am going to do a tribute to the three of them on my Sunday Spotlight. Texas music is weeping over the losses. Thank you for stopping by this morning. I hope you have a wonderful day and keep your chin up. Things will get better. They have to! Love you!
Another wonderfully positive message, Jan (after the Empress). Enjoy the full moon. I’ll have to stay up late to see it clear the trees. But sounds like it will be worth it. 🙂
A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, Diana! It will be worth staying up for!
I’m hoping to sneak a peek at the moon this weekend. Our daughter is visiting, too, so it looks to be nice.
It’s supposed to be clear here on Saturday, so I’m hoping to get a good view.
Most definitely, Teri. It has been cloudy and rainy here for several days, but Saturday is predicted to be clear! Enjoy!
The moon and stars always interest me. I hope we don’t have rain and I can actually get a look at it.
We are all thinking the same thing with the cold cloudy weather that has moved in the past few days. But I looked and Saturday is supposed to be clear and cold. 🙂
I love full moons and am drawn to the legends and folklore surrounding them. Hoping our weather stays clear so we can get a good view of this one!
Me too, Joan. I have a moon phase calendar and refer to it often. 🙂 I looked at our weather forecast and Saturday is supposed to be clear and cold. Yay! Thanks for stopping by!
