Follow-up on the Four of Pentacles – Money Spell – Guest Blog – Patty Fletcher

The card I pulled for the past Tueday’s Tarot reading was the Four of Pentacles and it drew a lot of attention and comments.

One of those comments was from Patty Fletcher in which she described a money spell she developed to help bring about prosperity. So in that vein, I want to share with you her method.

Here is a blog post that Patty put up on October 31, 2019. I hope you get some inspiration for your own personal prosperity spell!

OCTOBER 31, 2019.

HALLOWEEN-SAMHAIN

This morning I did some Thor’s Day-Samhain magik.

Thor’s Day as you know is a day for attracting more of what you have. It is one of my most favorite days of the year.

I’ve been trying with all my might to bring about more financial security into my life. Bring about more clients to my business etc.

This morning I was having a conversation with mom. She died in 2001 but we communicate. I talk out loud to her a lot. I have felt her spirit more of late than in a while. I suppose it’s due to the time of year.

Anyhow, as I was getting ready to make another cup of coffee I heard her say clear as day, “Do an always coffee spell.” I stopped in my tracks. Then I thought about it.

I was getting ready to open a new can of coffee. The can I was using, which was larger than the can I was readying to open was almost empty, but it was easier to scoop from. So, I opened the new can and dumped it into the old, envisioning that can of coffee as always full. Then, I took the new can and cut a small slot in the lid. I held that can in my hands and envisioned it full of money.

Taking it into my bedroom, dropping one coin in at a time I decreed, “I draw prosperity to me.”

Once I’d picked up all the loose change in there I went into the Living room and got out my purse. Inside it I found more loose coins and again I dropped them one at a time and decreed, “I draw prosperity to me.”

When I was done with that I shook the can and decreed, “Always money for food, shelter, clothing, coffee, and wine there will be.”

Then I had a thought. I decided that I’d put a grocery receipt into the can, you know. Like a focus for more of what I already have. As I dug round in there for a receipt I found 4 1 dollar bills. I dropped them in and decreed, God Thor, bring prosperity to my door times 4. Then finding the receipt I stuck it in and decreed, “There will be food forever more.”

I gave it a good rattle and sat it onto my altar. Then picking up my wand I tapped the can like a drum and with each tap I decreed, “I draw Prosperity unto me. Forever more shall it be. As it is cast, so shall it be delivered. As it is delivered so shall it be done. So mote it be. Blessid be.”

I haven’t done anything like that before, and I didn’t plan it. It just came to me out of the blue. I think my mom gave it to me as a Halloween treat.

There are many money spells that can be found on the internet, but as Patty pointed out, abundance isn’t always about money.

Please visit Patty’s blog site as she has a lot more than this short excerpt to explore.

On the past New Moon, I adopted a daily affirmation that is powerful and makes me feel good. I say out loud, “I am thankful for an abundance of Time, Money and Health!”

It can be just that simple.

      1. Hi again.

I didn’t see the part about you checking out my page. I’m sorry. Didn’t mean to appear rude.

I hope you enjoy visiting campbellsworld.

I good thing to focus on. I’ve never attempted anything so directly, but it can’t hurt. I think we focus on the financial part of abundance we forget the rest like you’ve pointed out. Maybe if our focus was on health, food, shelter, family, joy and other outcomes, over money perhaps they will draw in what we need. Thanks for sharing more on this, Jan!

      1. Growing up with a mother who had serious illness made me aware of the fact that good health was something to be grateful for and was to be counted as part of my abundance.

In that same thought process as I grew into my 30’s and 40’s raising a child as a single parent I also began to realize how important shelter, food, clothing, and even enough change to get a cab to the vet or the Walmart was and so that too became abundance.

We cannot just focus on the big picture of paycheck, big house, or car but the every-day life needs.

Last night once all my bills, (Rent, Power, Water) were paid I ordered a sandwich, chips, drink and two cookies from my local sandwich shop and had them delivered to my house. The cost? $20.20. For me that was a huge deal for most something done on a weekly or even daily bases while commuting to or from work with no thought.

We have to stop taking that type of stuff for granted.

For me every morning I wake up and still have enough Hotspot gigs of data to get online via way of my computer is a day of abundance.

        JMO.

    1. Hi John.

First, thanks for reading and for commenting.

Next, yes it has stuck. As I wrote in a previous comment, I’ve not been without coffee or food since having done that.

I always seem to have money for the bus and the gaps between money being available to me are becoming fewer.

  3. Great share from Patty, Jan. I definitely believe in the power of intention and that “like draws like.” A wonderful reminder to manifest abundance in all parts of our lives. 🙂

    1. Hi D. Thanks for reading and for commenting.

Since I truly began to live my belief system in every part of my life I’ve not regretted it at all.

The first thing I had to do was learn to truly live as if and then the second thing I had to do was to whenever possible even to the point of forcing myself to push passed the doubt.

That old saying, “Fake it till you make it” is true and it works.

  4. Hi again.

Just so yawl know, since my casting that spell, though I still walk on the edge most of the time I’ve not been without coffee and my cabinets remain filled with food.

Finances are still tight sometimes to the point of squeaking but I am seeing consistent improvement.

An affirmation I speak daily says…

There is no part of my body which does not belong to the Goddess.

There is no part of my life which does not belong to the Goddess.

I am she, and she is me.

We are one, yet we are we.

So Mote It Be. Blessid Be.

  5. Hi Jan.
Thanks for sharing my musings and Money Spell with your readers.
I hope yawl find inspiration and cultivation for your own manifestations.
Please do visit me in campbellsworld any time and thanks for reading.

      1. Well, hey! You’re welcome. I mean, considering you were willing to guest me on your blog it’s the least I can do.

So many times I see people being guested on other blogs who don’t do more than like the post let alone comment on it thanking the host and very seldom do they reblog.

I say if I want people to share my work, I need to be willing to put their things onto my blog and if someone is kind enough to have me on their blog I should be willing to share it back onto my blog even if it has been there in some form before.

It’s just the right thing to do.
