Dr. Bob Rich put this post together with such insight and thought that I had to share. Take a minute to think about what he is saying. Let’s try to keep a perspective of what Christmas truly is or is not. Many thanks to Dr. Bob for this!

Lovely choice to share, Jan. Have a sensational Saturday. Hugs.
Thank you, Teagan!
Thank you for sharing my post, my dear.
My pleasure, Dr. Bob!
Thanks for sharing, Jan. I’m heading over to read the rest. 🙂
Thank you, Diana!
It was a heartfelt and important share. 🙂
A lot of people have trouble at Christmas, me included. To me, it’s the loneliest time of the whole year. It seems others have busy houses filled with lots of noise and good smells and I envy that.
I understand. What I miss most about Christmas is all the smells of baking and making candy and laughter, playing games and general chaos. I still get it but not in my own house. But, that’s okay. It’s someone else’s turn now. 🙂 Love you, sister!
You are not alone. Before I retired from psychotherapy, it was a very busy time of the year for me. You’re welcome to contact me if you are in trouble during the next few weeks.
Thanks Jan. Heading over.
Thank you, Denise!
