Monday #Meditation #Motivation

Good morning. I am inspired to start a new series that I hope you will find beneficial.

Each Monday, I will post a different short meditation that will help to ground, yet uplift you. If you are not familiar with, and new to meditation, these short guided journeys is a great place to start. Meditation may help enhance self-awareness, eliminate stress and anxiety, and promote emotional health.

Today’s short meditation with Jason Stephenson:

Have a great start to your week and banish ALL negative self-talk!

  1. This brings back memories, Jan. I used to practice yoga and meditation until I got too busy to take care of myself. I look forward to this.

    1. Hi, Linda. You’ve touched on something I’ve gone through off and on in my life and that is self-care (or the lack thereof). These meditations will always be short and sweet and can help recharge and energize you so that you can do more for others. Thank you for stopping by!

  2. I made a not to do this meditation this week (I am too tired right now). I just listened to the first part and it is beautiful. Looking forward to it!

I love this idea, Jan. I’ve gotten out of my meditation routine, so it made me happy to see your post. Now I will go meditate 🙂 xo

  4. Good Morning Jan,
It is nice to see you presenting a meditation place. I meditate at least twice a week if not three times with the meditations given by Richard Rohr. I also have several of his books. They go deep and help me to gather myself together.
Good luck with this. I will be dropping in every now and then.

  5. Marvelous, Jan! It’s such a constant challenge to keep a positive thought. I’m sure that I’m not the only one who needs all the help I can get.
I’ve listened to Jason Stephenson for years. LOL, I usually go to bed with him at night. 😉 Hugs on the wing.

    1. I love going to bed with Jason Stephenson, Teagan. 🙂 He has so many amazing guided meditations and many of them for sleep. Thank you for stopping by. I appreciate you leaving a comment!
