Happy Friday! We made it to the end of another super busy week.
The first blog tour for A Beggar’s Bargain ended yesterday at Mae Clair’s place. It has been a super fun tour and I’ve loved sharing the different aspects of the book along with excerpts.
I am deeply grateful for everyone who followed along, commented and shared, and for all my hosts.
The blog launched at D.L. Finn’s place. If you are not familiar with her work, I invite you to check it out HERE!
Next up was Joan Hall, a talented mystery writer. Again, if you haven’t read her books, I invite you to check them out HERE!
Jacqui Murray was our next stopping place. She is an eclectic author, teacher and techie. Take a look at her books HERE!
Nicholas Rossis is another super talented writer and even has a writing resource book that I treasure. Click HERE to see his books.
Gwen Plano has a penchant for writing stories that involve family dynamics and she’s good at it. See her work HERE!
Robbie Cheadle is not only a talented poet and author, but an amazing artist, including fondant art. You can see her books HERE!
I am a big fan of C.S. Boyack’s speculative fiction. Check out all of his work HERE and grab a book while you are there.
Beem Weeks is a masterful storyteller and many years ago I dubbed him as the master of ‘show don’t tell.’ See his work HERE!
Staci Troilo is an author I greatly admire. I have loved every book of hers that I’ve read. You can find her books HERE!
Stephen Geez is a wonderful writer with so much knowledge and he runs a great publishing company. See his work HERE!
And last, but certainly not least, Mae Clair hosted the final stop. Her work is exemplary. HERE is the link to her body of work.
Next week, I will be heading to Missouri for a comprehensive book tour in the Greenfield, Missouri area. If you are interested, the full itinerary can be found on my website. I will also be launching another virtual blog tour through Lone Star Literary Life.
I am doing a Facebook takeover today at Kerry’s Kindred Spirits! Please stop by, if you can spare a minute and let’s chat! There will be a giveaway!
Busy times!
Our glow-in-the-dark Easter egg hunt was a big success. The kids all had so much fun. It makes me happy that they all get along so well and love to play together. The trampoline was quite popular as was the pool and hot tub.
There will be no Monday post as I will be packing books and clothes to go to Missouri. Also, please bear with me for the next week as I know I will miss a lot of your posts that I love to visit. Just know I am doing my best.
Happy Friday and I hope you have a great weekend!
Guess I’m late to your party, but I hope FB was fun. Thanks for the link, and you’re always welcome at my place.
Thanks, Craig, I appreciate your support.
The Easter festivities look like they were winners, Jan, and I’m a little jealous to see everyone in short sleeves. Congrats on the great tour and have fun at your book event in Missouri! I hope you’re delighted with the wonderful feedback on your book!
Lol, Diana. Not only in short sleeves, but in swimsuits and in the pool. It’s still a little too cold for me, but the kids didn’t mind. Thank you for the congrats on the book tour. I am beyond thrilled with the feedback I’m getting on A Beggar’s Bargain! Feeling very blessed!
<3
I hope your Missouri tour is an absolute blast!!!! <3
Thank you, Mar! I am super excited as I’ve never done a book tour like this one. I’ll have a full report when I get back!
Those glow in the dark Easter eggs are the coolest, Jan – haven’t seen them before. Wishing you lots of luck with the book tour next week!
The kids love the glow-in-the-dark hunt. It’s a lot of work and you can only put the lights in the eggs at the last minute, but we do it for them. Thank you for the good wishes, Teri!
What a wonderful tour, Jan! Congratulations! A Beggar’s Bargain is a great success.
Thank you so much Gwen. I appreciate your generous support!
It was a wonderful book tour for a wonderful book!
Thank you, Priscilla. I deeply appreciate you riding along on the tour!
