Monday Motivation – #Affirmations – #TarotReading #AngelOracleCard

Welcome to the last Monday in April. It has been a super busy month and I’m taking a minute to slow down and breathe! This quote spoke volumes to me, and hopefully it will to you as well.

Sharing some affirmations that can help shift your attitude and conscious thought.

Here is the message brought by the cards this week.

The Ten of Wands is pretty much self-explanatory. It indicates a heavy burden or workload. It warns us against taking on more than we can handle and struggling beneath the weight of it. When we start to become overwhelmed with all we have responsibility for, we are reminded that it’s okay to ask for help. Delegating some of the work to others frees you to put better quality energy into the things that light you up.

The Ace of Cups, at its heart, indicates a new love (including self-love) or a relationship. It is also a reminder to be open to gifts from the divine. Those gifts can come in many forms, but they will make your heart sing. It could be a new opportunity or job that will be emotionally fulfilling. New sources of income from creative endeavors may present themselves soon. Yay!

The Queen of Wands embodies creativity and ambition. She invites us to step up and fully claim our power. Know that you are guided and protected now and always. Be confident in your worthiness and your reality will rise up to match your energy. Your creativity and enthusiasm are an important part of your success, for yourself and the way you inspire others.

MY TAKEAWAY:

I can always relate to the Ten of Wands, as I seem to always have way too much on my plate at any given time. But I also see it as a warning to release some of the load. I’ll try to work on that. I love it when any of the Aces show up as they always signify the new beginning of something. With the Ace of cups, that new beginning is born out of your own creativity and how exciting is that? Follow that with the Queen of Wands, who invites us to step into our creative power with confidence and enthusiasm. I see all of this is extremely uplifting and inspiring and hope you will too!

I returned to the Angel Oracle Cards today and love the one that appeared. Patience is something that I have in short supply, so this was a good reminder to step back and take a breath.

Patience
Archangel Jophiel: Your dreams are blooming more rapidly than you realize. Still, they need nurturing and patience."

  1. A wonderful interpretation, Jan. I can relate to the ten of wands. I’m just getting back from vacation and I’m already overwhelmed! Lol. I think I needed the push to let some of the burden go. I’m all for the energy of a creative surge. Woo hoo!

    1. The Ten of Wands is a card I always seem to relate to. Taking time away definitely adds to the load, but I decided some time ago that I wouldn’t attempt to go backwards and catch up, but just jump back in moving forward. Hope that helps. 🙂 And YES to the creative surge!! Thank you for taking the time to stop by and visit!

  2. HI Jan, what a great reading. I think my getting the opportunity to go to Oslo (Norway) and Amsterdam (Netherlands) this month is my gift. I am going with TC who has to work some of the time. I could have gone with him to France and Lisbon in March but chose not to. Now I think it’s because the powers knew that this other opportunity would arise. I couldn’t have done both.

  3. I’ve grown in patience as I’ve aged, but there was definitely a learning curve involved—one I’m still navigating.

I tend to be like you, Jan, taking too much on my plate. That’s another thing I’m working to manage better (though this week is not the time to change. The plate is overflowing this week, LOL). Wishing you a Happy Monday and a Fabulous Week! 🙂

    1. Your comment about this not being the week for a change made me smile, Mae. I so relate. I keep thinking I’m getting better, then one day I fall way behind again. 🙂 It’s a vicious cycle and yes, patience seems to be one of those continuing education classes. 🙂 Thank you for visiting!

  4. The main thing I love about Mondays is your readings, Jan. <3

Like you, I tend to always have a full plate. It's hard to imagine life any other way. I've recently discussed taking on my first editing gig, and I'm super excited about it! Not to mention the upcoming book signings (my first ones) I have scheduled for the summer. I have high hopes that the coming months will be huge for my writing journey.

    1. I love all the exciting things you have going on, Mar! So many opportunities are presenting themselves and I have a feeling your writing world is about to explode in a really good way! Congratulations on all of it!! Thank you for stopping by and I’m so glad you enjoy the readings. Hugs!

  5. The Angel card resonated with me. I don’t know about my dreams (they seem to be on hold or in another direction), but I do understand the meaning of “Patience” and the garden. Thanks, Jan. 🙂 Have a fabulous week! xo

    1. Dreams have no expiration date, Mary, so on hold or heading in another direction is all good. Yes, the Patience card really spoke to me, too. And it’s beautiful. I wish you a great week ahead and thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment. Hugs!

    1. Funny, but I actually thought of you when I pulled that card, Craig. I hope relief is on the way for you as well. Thank you for stopping by!

Great reading, Jan 🙂 I love that patience card. I get that message a lot!

    1. So glad you enjoyed today’s message, Denise. Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment. Wishing you a good week ahead!
