Monday Motivation #Meditation #TarotReading #AngelOracleCard

Happy Monday! I am happy to share a mind-blowing reading with you today. I am feeling like this reading is so big it has to be for the entire month of August. Since it’s my birthday month, I am embracing them! I LOVE this quote from Einstein!

I found this to be a really beautiful and effective meditation. I hope you will as well.

And now for the tarot cards.

I’m not quite sure I’ve ever drawn three Major Arcana cards in a three-card reading. This is powerful, folks! And Tuesday (8-8) is the peak of the Lion’s Gate Portal, an intensely powerful time for manifesting what you desire. If you aren’t familiar with the Lion’s Gate portal, click on the link.

For this reading, The Moon card falls in the ‘what you need to know’ position. It always indicates something hidden or not clear. The moon rises at night when everything is at its darkest. Is there something that is being hidden from you? Are you deceiving yourself through your own perceptions? The moon is an indication that it is a good time to do some shadow work, facing your dark, self-defeating, and negative traits and releasing them into the light. Your shadow self is not to be feared but rather to be embraced and integrated. Doing this allows healing and transformation on a deep level. You are being advised to pay attention to dreams, as that is a time when the hidden or subconscious can come through.

In the ‘new perspective’ position, The Hermit card indicates that it is a good opportunity to spend some quiet time reflecting in solitude. This connects directly with The Moon card in that it is in the alone time you can explore your inner self, which empowers you to connect deeply with your truth. There is a difference between being lonely or alone and taking some quiet time to connect to your own inner wisdom. Allow yourself as much time in solitude as you need to look within, perhaps through meditation or taking long walks to tap into your divine inner wisdom.

Guided by our intuition, The Chariot sits in the ‘action to take’ position and is the structure that protects us while taking inspired action. It indicates an important journey, whether actual physical traveling or moving toward the next level of your life goals. The Chariot asks you to have a clear intention, focus, and a plan for action. Building a solid foundation and creating structure are both necessary steps before you can make big decisions. If you’re not sure what to tackle right now, be still (as indicated by both the Moon and Hermit cards) and listen to your intuition to guide you toward the next actionable steps.

MY TAKEAWAY:

Wow! These cards are extremely powerful and indicate work on our deepest inner core. And, based on the positions they occupy in the reading, are even more potent. First, we must face what is hidden from us or what we are hiding from ourselves. Then through quiet reflection and meditation, we will know the next steps to take. I also think it’s significant enough to mention that August has two super moons (again, reflecting inner work). Looks like we all have some heavy-duty contemplation to do in the days ahead.

Thoughts?

The Angel card flows beautifully with the tarot reading. Clearing our chakras will help to open ourselves up to receiving streams of light and love from the universe. I love working with sacred geometry and bought a couple of pieces of jewelry in Ireland that carry some of these symbols.

Chakra Clearing
Archangel Metatron: "Call upon me to clear and open your chakras, using sacred geometric shapes."

  3. Jan, one of my favourite Einstein quotes and I love that such an amazing scientist and mathematician held imagination in the highest of esteem. Alas the first supermoon was behind a thick covering of cloud (the norm for the UK this summer!) but hopefully can catch a glimpse of the next one. Wow! What an incredible and powerful reading – you have given us all a great reminder to us all to look within and work out what is working and what isn’t – not always easy though! Hope you’re having a good start to the week, Jan! xx

    1. I had the same thought about Einstein, Annika. Not only was he brilliant, but also wise. Sorry the moon hid from you earlier this month, but maybe the 30th will give you a full view. I’m so glad you enjoyed the reading. And you are right. Shadow work is never easy, but always rewarding. Thank you for stopping by. Hugs!

      1. Isn’t it interesting that one reading can speak to so many when even in different ways? I love that about the Tarot cards. And I am glad we are on a similar journey when even I hope that you have left it behind you soon, dear Jan! Big hugs to you too!

  7. This is an interesting Tarot reading, Jan, to go into your darkness to find an inner truth that will help you heal and transform to a deep level. Some of the creative forces are hidden there that need to be brought to light. Thank you for sharing.

  8. This is an intriguing reading, Jan. I have certainly been doing some confronting of other and expression of frustrations for the past week so maybe that is what this means for me.

    1. Most interesting, Robbie. It is important for each of us to speak our truth, and oftentimes, it requires confrontations. I’m glad you enjoyed the reading. Now is a great time to let go of old wounds and move another step closer to the light!

  9. I love the quote and what a powerful reading, Jan! I can relate to the self reflection right now, even the painful parts that still linger and have been hidden. It is time to finally let it go and move forward.

    1. I completely agree, Denise. It is time, and while we are under the influence of the powerful lion’s gate, it’s the perfect time to be honest with ourselves, let go of what no longer serves us and move forward! Thank you for stopping by!

    1. I’m glad you love the quote, John. I did, too. Thanks for stopping by, and glad you enjoyed the reading. Here’s to much pondering… 🙂

  10. So much to ponder, Jan. This has resonated deeply within me. I’m going through a lot of health issues/concerns. Am I overthinking these medical issues? Or am I the ostrich who is burying my head in the sand? I am feeling positive, though. Thank you for sharing this message. I agree. This is perfect for August! Have a lovely week!

    1. Those are questions you will find answers to, Mary. I am sorry you are having health issues, but so often in life, I find that the universe throws health issues my way to get me to slow down and really look at how I’m spending my time and energy each day. For example, the dizzy spells that I had really shut me down and sent me seeking inner guidance. They’ve never found a reason for them. Maybe there wasn’t. All I know is that I am learning to be grateful for challenges as well as the blessings in life, and I know you are doing the same. A positive outlook is so important. I pray that all is resolved for your highest good, my dear friend. Thank you for stopping by, and so glad the reading resonated with you. Sit with the cards in meditation and look for what is hidden. Hugs!

    1. I agree, Jill. And not facing our darkest selves limits us and keeps us from meeting our full potential. I’m glad you enjoyed the reading and quote. Thank you for visiting! Hugs!
