#TarotTuesday – Page of Wands

Welcome back to another TAROT TUESDAY card reading!

If you are just joining me, let me explain the inspiration to begin these posts. In Texas, and all across the country, Taco Tuesday is a popular day when Tacos are usually 99 cents. So, I had the inspiration, or Angel nudge as I like to think of it, to create a Tarot Tuesday. Each Tuesday I will post a different Tarot card and give its meaning. I pray and ask for the right card that will bring a message to someone in need.

Today we have the Page of Wands.

What a FUN card!

With the Page of Wands, you are inclined to give anything and everything a go. You embrace the opportunity to start out on a new journey or project and see where it takes you.

You have a gift for dreaming up new creative ideas unfettered by the burdens of everyday life. Nothing will get in the way of your dreams!

And while the appearance of the Page of Wands indicates that you are experiencing creative restlessness, notice that the Page is standing still and his staff is firmly planted on the ground – he is not going anywhere just yet. You still need to take your creative spark and ground it down into reality so that it is ready to be implemented in the physical realm.

You may need to map out your strategy, or you may need to test your ideas or create a few experiments before committing. It could be helpful to run your thoughts through a filter so that you only act on those most aligned with your broader goals.

The Page of Wands can appear when a spiritual path or journey may be calling you. You have a curious mind and are intrigued to see where this call might lead. While you are very much the novice when it comes to this spiritual endeavor, you are open to the experience and keen to discover new levels of consciousness. You may benefit from working with a wise mentor, someone who has walked your path before and can now lead you forward.

All good news!

Thank you for joining me! See you next Tuesday for another inspiring message from the Universe via the Tarot Cards!

As always, I use the Rider-Waite Radiance deck and BiddyTarot.com for interpretations.

  1. Now, this is the card for me! I love new adventures, feeling positive and I enjoy being ready to accept something new. You’re right, the Page of Wands is a fun card. There seems an element of magic in this card. What else are wands for? 😉

    1. Wands represent primal energy, spirituality, inspiration, determination, strength, intuition, creativity, ambition and expansion, and original thought. I love the Page because it is all about a new adventure. In your case, finishing the third book of your fallen Angel series leaves you wide open for something new and exciting! Can’t wait to see what unfolds! Thanks for stopping by!

  2. This card has such an exciting message. A fresh start with an open mind, ready to welcome life and to embrace what it has in store. Thank you for your explanations, Jan!

  3. You hit the right note with this one, Jan. I slept well and woke up feeling positive. Two rare and wonderful things! I haven’t gotten my cards out since I moved. Now they beckon. Hugs on the wing!

    1. Wonderful!! I pull a card each morning just as a “thought for the day,” and I’m always amazed by how accurate they are. I pull from my Goddess Oracle deck and my Angel cards as well as the Tarot. It’s always a great way to start the day. Thanks SO much for stopping by!! Hugs!

      1. I was gathering a pretty good collection of card decks. But I gave about half of them away when I moved. I still have my favorites, including the Osho Zen deck, the Animal Medicine Cards, my very first deck (a gift) Tarot of the Cat People, and oracle decks for Goddesses, Flowers, Fairy, and Angel. That box is somewhere… 😉

    1. Ah, yes. That stressful word, “Change.” It can cause our hearts to beat faster. 🙂 Thanks so much for stopping by and for following along with this series, Staci! Have a SUPER day!

  4. What a gorgeous card–and inspiring message. I just finished reading a book where Tarot cards were used in two different scenes. They made me think of your posts 🙂

    1. You must have been reading Harmony’s book, Mae! How exciting. I can’t wait to get to it and especially knowing there are Tarot scenes in it. Thank you so much for stopping by and hope your writing path is getting clear!! Hugs!

  5. Thank you for this beautiful and inspiring reading of The Page of Wands. I learn so much from your interpretation. I’m so happy you are visiting Nashville and if you journey north a bit, I’d love to host you in Branson. ♥

    1. My pleasure, Gwen. I am so happy you are enjoying this series! I had an amazing time in Nashville. It was just way too short. I promise you that if I ever get a chance to head to Branson, I will let you know!! Thanks for stopping by! Hugs!

  6. Good morning Jan- I love this. Next week I have to give 2 presentations at the Environmental Conference. This just reminds me of what I need to do to prepare myself. My power point is completed but I need to do several practice runs to get my confidence up before I present.
I hope you and Kay are soaking up all that Nashville nostalgia. What an amazing trip you both are on. Love you Sweet Lady!

    1. Wonderful, Tonya! I know you will do a great job with your presentations and I’m glad the card prompted you! Kay and I had a great time in Nashville. It was way too short! But, we crammed in everything we could in the short time we were there. Thank you for stopping by! Hugs!

  7. I’ve just featured using the Tarot as an aid to creating characters and stories, so it’s interesting to see your interpretations here, Jan. Thanks for sharing 🙂

    1. I think the idea of using Tarot as an aid in creating characters and stories is awesome, Harmony!! Thank you SO much for stopping by and leaving a comment!
