Monday Motivation! #Tapping #OracleCards

Good morning. I had no intention of posting today, but Spirit said, “No.” Spirit said, “You find time to do other things you want, and you will find time for this.” When Spirit speaks, I listen. There will be no additional tarot reading, as the cards I pulled last week were intended for the month. Will I be back next Monday? We’ll see. Have a great week ahead!

Are you familiar with Tapping? It’s also known as EFT (Effective Freedom Technique) and has been proven to be beneficial in every aspect of life. So, I was led to share this informational video if you want to try it.

These oracle cards need no explanation. Just absorb the messages.

  1. I have heard of tapping. It’s a fascinating practice, and I think its effectiveness proves that our human bodies are so wonderfully made.

  2. Great post, Jan. I used to tap regularly, and seeing your post was a wonderful nudge to return to that simple but powerful modality. ❤️

  3. Oh, Tapping reminds me when my grandsons (all three) are “stimming” to cope with difficult or excitable emotions/expressions. Once, I had something traumatic happen to me when I was with my grandson. He immediately came and started to tap lightly on my arm. I was shocked, because he was the one who didn’t like any one to touch him. At 17, I’m amazed how much he’s grown, learned, and continues to teach me. 🙂

The messages from the cards are a pleasant surprise! Thank you! xo

    1. That is so interesting, Mary. I think children are learning so many different coping mechanisms these days than we ever dreamed of. It just shows how we are progressing as a species. I love that story, and thank you so much for sharing it today. Glad you enjoyed the card messages!

  4. I’ve missed catching these posts, Jan! I need to go back and look at your tarot reading! So glad you listened to the Spirit and I was able to see. Thank you for sharing!

    1. I’m glad you were able to stop by, too, Mar. The Tarot reading was last Monday and it has a positive message. Thank you for stopping by!

  5. THANK YOU so much for listening to your spirit, Jan! I am tapping most days, but lately, I have become more overwhelmed with anxiety. I know it’s related to my upcoming trip. The closer I get, the more anxious I feel. I tapped last night on better sleep, which I received. I really needed this anxiety tapping session this morning. It helped remind me that my thoughts aren’t real, and I am safe. You would think I would already know that, but the anxious mind doesn’t follow logic, does it? I truly appreciate this post. XOXO

    1. Our always-busy logical minds get so focused on things that are not really a part of us and yet affect us so deeply. I am so glad I listened to Spirit this morning and made this post. It seems I wasn’t the only one needing a reminder about the tremendous benefits of tapping. Thank you for your wonderful comment! Tap away, my friend! And enjoy your upcoming trip! Everything is okay. You are safe. Hugs!

    1. I love that you are still practicing it, Harmony! Sometimes we are rigid in our fears and pain, making it difficult for one session to be enough. I have found that consistency is my best friend when it comes to tapping. It doesn’t have to be the super long sessions; it just needs to be every day or every other day. XOXO 🙂

    2. I totally agree with you, Harmony, in that EFT is worth the effort of doing. It makes sense in that it gets the energy flowing through the body’s meridians. So glad to hear you are practicing it! Thanks for visiting and commenting. Hugs!

    1. I used to do tapping regularly and had gotten away from it, so it was a great reminder to myself to return to it. It is all about moving the energy through the meridians in our bodies. I hope you enjoy it and benefit from it. Thank you for good wishes! Hugs!

  6. The spirit sounds remarkably like my mother, but I think the message is still valid. When we compare what we find time for with what we choose to ignore, it’s not always a pleasant image. I hope you have a great week, Jan.

    1. So very true, Dan. We manage to make time for what we want to do. The Spirit nudge was very much like my mother. 🙂 Thanks for visiting!
